The RDS 6T vacuum glass lifter eliminates this risk by equipping 12 fully independent suction cup assemblies as standard configuration for 6000kg load capacity.

Every suction group is matched with a dedicated vacuum pump, high-precision vacuum pressure sensor and visual vacuum warning light. Each unit runs on its own isolated vacuum loop without sharing air supply with other groups. If one suction cup suffers vacuum leakage or pump failure during lifting, rotating or flipping, the remaining 11 groups will keep stable strong adsorption force to lock the heavy glass panel tightly. This redundant vacuum protection system greatly reduces onsite safety accidents and avoids costly breakage of high-value exhibition glass panels.

The RDS 6T industrial glass vacuum manipulator supports dual control modes: wired pendant control and wireless radio remote control, fitting narrow indoor exhibition walkways and open outdoor construction sites perfectly. All core glazing operations can be finished via one handheld wireless remote transmitter: grab glass, release vacuum suction, 0°–90° vertical tilting and full 360-degree horizontal rotation.

The remote controller meets IP43 dustproof and waterproof standard, delivering stable long-distance signal transmission without signal loss. The button layout is simple and intuitive; new glazing workers can master all operation logic within half an hour of on-site training. Compared with wired glass lifting devices, wireless control removes cable restrictions, allowing fine angle adjustment when installing glass at complex exhibition corners and high positions.

Powered by DC24V battery packs composed of multiple 12V 100AH batteries, the RDS 6T glass vacuum lifter supports all-day continuous glazing work for full exhibition hall glass fitting tasks. It also supports universal AC charging input from 110V to 240V, compatible with power grids in most countries and regions for convenient static charging after work.

The main lifting frame adopts thickened high-strength steel structure, and overall frame dimensions support full customization to match different sizes of flat and curved exhibition glass. Independent curved suction cups are available as optional accessories for arched decorative glass installation. All standard suction pads use soft EPDM non-marking rubber material, which protects coated, reflective and patterned glass surfaces from scratches or indentations, maintaining the flawless display visual effect required by high-end exhibition spaces.
