This heavy-duty vacuum lifting device comes with a 2000kg rated safe load, and its theoretical maximum suction force reaches 3000kg to reserve sufficient safety margin for all lifting operations. The whole machine only runs at 900W low power, matched with DC24V working power supply. Two DC12V 100AH large-capacity batteries are equipped to support long-time continuous work without frequent charging. It also supports AC110V-220V external charging power, convenient for indoor factory daily power replenishment.

Each suction cup group supports independent vacuum switch control, users can turn on or off single suction groups according to glass size to avoid vacuum energy waste when transporting small glass panels.
Full set of intelligent safety protection systems are built into this vacuum glass handler. It is equipped with vacuum pressure alarm, low battery alarm and charging protection function. The vacuum alarm will remind operators once suction pressure is insufficient to prevent glass falling; low battery alarm avoids sudden power off during lifting; charging protection prevents battery damage caused by overcharging. The equipment reaches IP43 protection grade, and can work stably under ambient temperature from -20℃ to 40℃, resisting dust and light rain on construction sites.
The adjustable beam frame structure fits various standard glass sizes. Four independent suction cup assemblies evenly distribute pressure on glass surfaces, effectively preventing scratches, cracks and edge damage on coated glass, low-e glass and insulated glass. The retractable cross beam can adjust the span of suction cups to match ultra-wide curtain wall panels and narrow glass strips commonly used in modern construction projects.
