Safety always comes first when operating any glass lifter, and our dual pump dual-circuit vacuum system sets a high benchmark among glass handling equipment. Two independent vacuum circuits run separately; if one system fails unexpectedly, the other still holds stable suction force to stop glass from falling.

Equipped with built-in pressure gauges, vacuum detection sensors and buzzer warning alarms, this glass lifter monitors vacuum pressure in real time. Once pressure drops below safe levels, the alarm will sound to remind operators and avoid costly glass damage during glass handling operations.

This battery-powered glass lifter automates all key movements to cut down labor costs on every glass handling task. It supports electric tilting ranging from 0° to 90°, allowing quick switching between horizontal and vertical glass placement. The 0°–360° full electric rotation enables precise alignment when installing curved curtain wall glass.

We equipped this glass handling equipment with dual control solutions: a wireless remote controller for free-moving operation, plus a wired backup controller to guarantee continuous work if wireless signals become unstable.

As a professional glass lifter and all-in-one glass handling equipment, the RDSE-1000F vacuum sucker carries a maximum rated load of 1000 kg. It is compatible with curved glass with a minimum arc length of 600 mm and minimum curved radius R700 mm. The whole machine is 2180 mm in length and 1500 mm in width, powered by 24V rechargeable batteries with 8 hours of continuous operation time.

It features electric tilting from 0° to 90° and full 360° electric rotation, with dual operation modes including wireless remote and wired control. The core safety configuration is a dual independent vacuum pump system, supported by safety components such as vacuum sensors, pressure gauges and buzzers. It reaches IP43 protection grade and can handle both flat and curved architectural glass. The suction frame can be customized and adjusted to fit various glass dimensions as required.
