This glass installation robot comes with a complete set of adjustable functions to meet diverse positioning needs. It supports 360° endless rotation and 0° to 180° tilting. The device also offers ±50mm side shifting, 90° bidirectional side turning and up & down shifting functions. Safety is prioritized in every detail of the WSR-800LA. It adopts a dual-pump and dual-circuit vacuum system, paired with two 500*800mm suction cups. A built-in light and acoustic alert system will send out real-time notifications once abnormalities are detected, creating double protection for both materials and field operators.
Power performance meets the demands of long-duration outdoor and indoor work. The machine is driven by a 24V front wheel motor with 4kw power output, and it has a 12% uphill capability to travel smoothly on ramps and sloped surfaces. Compatible with AC 110V to 240V power supply, it works stably in different regions worldwide. Full wireless remote control is a standout feature of the WSR-800LA. All actions including driving, lifting, arm extension, rotation, tilting, side shifting, up/down shifting and side turning are electrically controlled via remote handle. Main operating parameters are clearly displayed on the controller, and the equipment supports millimeter-level speed regulation. Operators can control the machine from a safe distance, avoiding direct contact with heavy glass. The smooth speed control prevents shaking and impact during movement for stable operation all the way.
